Only authorized agents and businesses are able to use this site and purchase products. All pricing is hidden until you log in with a password that will be provided to you upon being accepted as an authorized agent. To begin this process please visit our dealer application page.

Dealer customers are welcome to access this site to view available products. You can be confident that unless someone has a username and password all pricing will remain hidden and confidential.

Privacy
Marlin Tactical® is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring safe on-line shopping. The information we gather is used to process your order and to improve our customers’ shopping experience. We do not sell, share, trade, or rent any information collected from the site to outside companies or third parties.

Every time you place an order, your information is protected on our secure server. We use industry standard SSL technology to securely encrypt all your personal data including your name, address, credit card number and e-mail address. Our SSL certificate ensures that this data cannot be read as it travels over the internet. To use our secure checkout system, you will need to have a web browser that supports SSL. Your personal information is only used in processing your order, and is not stored on our web servers.

Marlin Tactical® prides itself on our competitive prices they are updated as frequently as daily. Therefore, customers can get the most current market prices for most items. Marlin Tactical® does not offer any price guarantee or protection. Marlin Tactical® is not responsible for any typo on the web site and reserves the right to change the prices of any item at any time.

If you see any price that should be more competitive or not the same as advertised elsewhere by Marlin Tactical®, please contact us so that we may consider updating it! We sometimes depend on customers and visitors to ensure that all the items we carry are competitive.

Product Use and Terms of Sale
Marlin Tactical® is unable to know of all local, state and federal restrictions regarding all products we sell. Therefore Marlin Tactical®, Inc. does not warrant that a person or business may legally purchase, possess, carry or resell specific items. By purchasing from Marlin Tactical®, Inc. the buyer assumes full and complete responsibility of having ascertained and complied with all applicable local, state and federal laws with regard to the purchase, possession, use and resale of any item purchased. If in doubt check all laws before ordering.

By placing an order from Marlin Tactical®, Inc.; you warrant to us that you are authorized to make such purchases and are in compliance with local, state and federal laws. The buyer represents that he/she is of legal adult age without legal restrictions, sound mind and that the product will be used only in a legal and lawful manner.

Any damage, loss, accident, action expense or legal fees of any kind arising out of misuse of any of these products is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Authorized dealers my sell items from their business websites only. The buyer agrees that products purchased will not be resold on internet auction sites such as Ebay.

All orders are subject to the acceptance by Marlin Tactical®, Inc. of Houston, Texas. By placing an order the buyer signifies agreement to these terms of sale.

Warranty Policy
Marlin Tactical® stands behind the quality of each and every product we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us immediately. Products damaged in shipping will be replaced or you will receive a full refund.

Return/Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Marlin Tactical®. As a result, we will do our best to make sure you receive your order in a safe and timely manner. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us to arrange for a refund or replacement. You must notify us within 10 business days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Customers have 10 business days from the date you accepted delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped, damages due to shipping, and shipping error. All contents are weighed based on items inventoried. Marlin Tactical® is not responsible for any of these problems after 10 business days.

Please note: We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items.

Custom Ordered Items
Marlin Tactical® is not responsible for errors on custom orders in which the customer provided inaccurate information such as misspelled names. We will however, make every attempt to expedite a re-order of the correct item.

Orders can be placed via the following methods:
1) Order on our website 24 hours a day.
2) Order by phone at 713-661-1665 between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.
3) Order by fax at 713-218-7049 between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.

First time orders must be at least $300 USD. All reorders under $100 USD are subject to a 10% surcharge.
